Our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Canada represents BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH in Canada and is looking for a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (m/f/x) for its location in Hamilton, ON, Canada, and project sites throughout the province to maintain and repair our fleet of specialized foundation equipment supporting projects across Ontario.

Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on heavy foundation equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using advanced troubleshooting methods
  • Support field crews with on-site repairs and technical guidance
  • Maintain accurate service records and parts tracking
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to minimize downtime

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

  • Valid "Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal" certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing heavy construction or foundation equipment (BAUER preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, and onboard diagnostics
  • Ability to work independently in remote and demanding site conditions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ontario as required
