Borehole collapse and protection 
Our method secures the borehole throughout the whole process of drilling and grouting preventing any collapse. 

Pile verticality 
Our systems and methods are designed for continuous monitoring of the pile verticality throughout the whole installation process and allow for adjustments of the pile top in case of deviation.  

Time and cost-saving

Minimal launch and recovery times  
The Dive Drill is directly deployed into the water without the necessity to set up a drill string or any other auxiliary equipment. This also applies to mobilization for the next location.  

Simultaneous drilling and grouting 
We can provide up to four drilling as well as grouting units that operate independently. Hence, we can install up to four pile foundations simultaneously.  

Seamless drilling to grouting process 
We provide holistic installation services including drilling and grouting.  

Cost-efficient grout recipe 
To further reduce costs and marine traffic, we mix our grout with seawater instead of fresh water.  

Operational flexibility

The vessel – floating and fixed 
Our Dive Drills use umbilicals to control our equipment and no stiff drill strings as per conventional Top Drills.  

Large operational weather window 
The umbilicals we use are designed to withstand the dynamic forces and movements that can occur due to waves, currents, and wind.  

Ready-to-go solution 
Before commencing drilling we rarely require any seabed preparation. Our technology is able to be used for all soil conditions.

Applicability in any geotechnical conditions 
Based on our decades of experiences in drilling and grouting, our equipment is designed to work in soils and rock formations up to 200 MPa.  

High level of digitalization 
All our processes have digital components that allow us to monitor the performance and all critical equipment parts as well as analyse the data in real time.  

Environmental advantages

Biodegradable fluids 
We use quickly biodegradable, certified fluids in all of our equipment. Besides their advantage of not permanently polluting the environment, these fluids have a low carbon footprint. 

No disturbing noise emissions 
Our drills do not affect the marine environment through noisy operations. At a distance of 250m, our operational noise is blurred by the general background noise of an offshore installation site.  

Low carbon footprint 
Reduced marine traffic, ecologically friendly hydraulic fluids, no marine traffic for seabed preparations, and a holistic installation result in a very low carbon footprint.  

Our noise emissions in numbers

Our operations do not pose any harm for marine species with noise levels below the Temporary Threshold Shift levels of bottlenose dolphins.
